✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and we came across a small pond with very little water. He descended into it along with six of us, and I brought a bucket of water. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ positioned himself on the edge of the pond, and we filled half or two-thirds of it with water. Then, the bucket was raised to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Al-Bara' said, "I was about to collapse with the weight of my water vessels. I hoped to find something to place on my throat, but I couldn't find anything. So, the bucket was raised to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he dipped his hand into it and said, 'By the will of Allah!' Then, the bucket was returned to us with all its water intact. Al-Bara' said, 'I had seen each one of us being brought out wearing a soaked garment out of fear of drowning.' Then, he said, 'And then my hands moved, indicating the flow of a river.'"
