حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ

صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَنَهَضَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ فَسَبَّحْنَا بِهِ فَمَضَى فَلَمَّا أَتَمَّ الصَّلَاةَ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً فَسَبَّحَ بِهِ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ فَأَشَارَ أَنْ قُومُوا

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in prayer and stood up after two rak'ahs, so we said "Subhan Allah" to him, but he continued. When he finished the prayer, he prostrated two prostrations of forgetfulness. Once he said: Those behind him said "Subhan Allah," and he gestured to them to stand up.
