حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ سَبْعَةَ نَفَرٍ: خَمْسَةً قَدْ صَحِبُوا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، وَاثْنَيْنِ قَدْ أَكَلَا الدَّمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَلَمْ يَصْحَبَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَأَمَّا اللَّذَانِ لَمْ يَصْحَبَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَبُو عِنَبَةَ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، وَأَبُو فَالِجٍ الْأَنْمَارِيُّ.

✧ I saw seven men: five had accompanied the Prophet ﷺ, and two had eaten blood during the Jāhiliyyah and had not accompanied the Prophet ﷺ. As for the two who had not accompanied the Prophet ﷺ, they were Abū ʿInabah al-Khawlānī and Abū Fālij al-Anmārī.
