حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئِ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ كُلَيْبَ بْنَ صُبْحٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الزِّبْرِقَانَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ أَسْفَارِهِ، فَنَامَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ لَمْ يَسْتَيْقِظُوا، وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَدَأَ بِالرَّكْعَتَيْنِ فَرَكَعَهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى

✧ We were with the Messenger of God ﷺ on one of his journeys, and he slept through the Fajr prayer until the sun rose and they did not wake up. The Prophet ﷺ began with the two rak'ahs and prayed them, then established the prayer and prayed.
