حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ حَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ
لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ - وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: لِرَجُلٍ - أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ وَلَدَ غَيْرِهِ، وَلَا يَقَعَ عَلَى أَمَةٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ أَوْ يَبِينَ حَمْلُهَا
