حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ وَخَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ فَقِيلَ لَهُ

تَوَضَّأْ لَنَا وُضُوءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: فَدَعَا بِإِنَاءٍ فَأَكْفَأَ مِنْهُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا فَغَسَلَهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ وَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا، فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ مِنْ كَفٍّ وَاحِدَةٍ فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثًا وَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا، ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ، ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا فَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ فَأَقْبَلَ بِيَدَيْهِ وَأَدْبَرَ، ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَكَذَا كَانَ وُضُوءُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

✧ Perform wudu' for us as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did. He said: So he called for a vessel and poured from it onto his hands three times and washed them. Then he put his hand in and took it out, rinsed his mouth and sniffed water from one palm, doing that three times, and took it out. Then he washed his face. Then he put his hand in, took it out, and washed his hands up to the elbows twice each. Then he put his hand in, took it out, wiped his head, moving his hands forward and backward. Then he washed his feet up to the ankles. Then he said: 'This is how the wudu' of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was.'
