✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had only one muezzin for all the prayers, Friday and otherwise, who called the adhan and the iqamah. He said: Bilal would call the adhan when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat on the minbar on Friday, and the iqamah when he descended, and so it was for Abu Bakr and 'Umar until 'Uthman's time.
