✧ A woman came to him and said: O Messenger of Allah, my husband has gone on a military expedition, and I used to follow his prayer when he prayed and all his actions. Tell me of a deed that will bring me the equivalent of his deed until he returns. He said to her: Can you stand and not sit, fast and not break your fast, and remember Allah, Blessed and Exalted, and not tire until he returns? She said: I am not able to do this, O Messenger of Allah. He said: By the One in whose hand is my soul, even if you were capable of it, you would not reach a tenth of his deed until he returns.
