حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا زَبَّانُ بْنُ فَائِدٍ عَنْ سَهْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ لِمَ سَمَّى اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلَهُ الَّذِي وَفَّى ؟ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ كُلَّمَا أَصْبَحَ وَأَمْسَى فَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ حَتَّى يَخْتِمَ الْآيَةَ
Translation

✧ Shall I tell you why God, Blessed and Exalted, called Ibrahim His intimate friend, the one who fulfilled? Because every morning and evening he would say: 'So glory be to God when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning' until he completed the verse.
