حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
مَرَّ بِنَا [رَسُولُ اللهِ] ﷺ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ فَدَعَوْنَاهُ إِلَى عَجْوَةٍ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا عَلَى تُرْسٍ فَأَكَلَ مِنْهَا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ تَوَضَّأَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ passed by us after relieving himself, and we invited him to some pressed dates that were before us on a shield. He ate from them, and he had not performed ablution before eating from them.
