حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَتَى مَسْجِدَ - يَعْنِي - الْأَحْزَابِ فَوَضَعَ رِدَاءَهُ وَقَامَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَدًّا يَدْعُو عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ قَالَ: ثُمَّ جَاءَ وَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَلَّى

Translation

Chain of narrators

  2. Ibn Abū Dhiʾb
  3. a man Min Banī Salimah
  4. Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

✧ The Prophet ﷺ came to the mosque—meaning the mosque of the Confederates—and placed his cloak down, stood, raised his hands stretching them, supplicating against them, and did not pray. He said: Then he came and supplicated against them and prayed.
