حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

مَنْ غَرَسَ غَرْسًا أَوْ زَرَعَ زَرْعًا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ طَيْرٌ أَوْ سَبُعٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ

Translation

✧ Whoever plants a tree or sows a crop, and a human, bird, beast, or animal eats from it, it is charity for him.
