حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

أَمْسِكُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَلَا تَقْسِمُوهَا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَعْمَرَ عُمْرَى فَهِيَ لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا حَيًّا وَمَيِّتًا وَلِعَقِبِهِ

Translation

✧ Hold onto your wealth and do not divide it, for whoever grants a life estate, it belongs to the one to whom it was granted, alive or dead, and to his descendants.
