حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ مُزَارَعَةٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا بِالثَّمَنِ
