حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

مَرِضَ أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ مَرَضًا فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ طَبِيبًا فَكَوَاهُ عَلَى أَكْحَلِهِ.

✧ Ubayy b. Ka'b fell ill, and the Prophet ﷺ sent a physician to him, who cauterized him on his median cubital vein.
