Musnad Ahmad 1498

Translation

✧ "I saw myself as the seventh of seven with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and we had no food except the leaves of the hubla plant, until one of us would pass stool as a sheep passes it, with nothing mixed in it. Then Banu Asad came to rebuke me over Islam; if that is so, I have certainly lost and my striving has gone astray."
