✧ I heard a man say to Jabir b. Abdullah, 'Who remains with you from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?' He replied, 'Anas b. Malik and Salama b. al-Akwaʿ remain.' A man said, 'As for Salama, he has reverted from his emigration.' Jabir said, 'Do not say that, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say to Aslam: "Go to the desert, O Aslam." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, we fear that we will revert after our emigration." He said, "You are emigrants wherever you are."'
