✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ kept away from his wives for a month. He would be in the upper room and they would be in the lower. The Prophet ﷺ came down to them after twenty-nine nights, and a man said: O Messenger of Allah, you stayed away for twenty-nine nights! The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The month is like this and like this—with his fingers twice, and in the third he closed his thumb.
