حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّةٍ فِيهِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ أَخِي سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
قَدْ ذَكَرُوا بَنِي نَاجِيَةَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: «هُمْ حَيٌّ مِنِّي». وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ فِيهِ سَعْدٌ
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Muḥammad b. Jaʿfar
- Ibn akhī Saʿd b. Mālik
✧ They mentioned the Banū Nājiyah in the presence of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said: They are a clan from me. Saʿd was not mentioned in it.
