حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَزْرَعَهَا، أَوْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا، فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا.
Translation

✧ Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. If he is unable to cultivate it, or is incapable of it, then let him grant it to his Muslim brother, and not lease it.
