حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَتِمُّوا الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ، فَوَاللهِ إِنِّي لَأَرَاكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِي، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: مِنْ بَعْدِ ظَهْرِي إِذَا رَكَعْتُمْ وَسَجَدْتُمْ

Translation

✧ "Narrated by Anas, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Complete your bowing and prostration, and I swear by Allah, I will continue to observe you even after my departure, and perhaps even after my death, when you perform the ruku' and sujud.'"
