حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُثَنَّى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمْ يَخْضِبْ قَطُّ، إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْبَيَاضُ فِي مُقَدَّمِ لِحْيَتِهِ، فِي الْعَنْفَقَةِ قَلِيلًا، وَفِي الرَّأْسِ نَبْذٌ يَسِيرٌ لَا يَكَادُ يُرَى،

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ never dyed (his hair). The whiteness was only at the front of his beard, a little in the tuft under the lower lip, and on his head a slight scattering that was hardly visible.
