حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَمُرُّ بِالتَّمْرَةِ، فَمَا يَمْنَعُهُ [مِنْ] أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا [فَيَأْكُلَهَا] إِلَّا مَخَافَةَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ would pass by a date, and nothing prevented him from taking it and eating it except fear that it might be from the dates of charity.
