حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمِغْفَرُ، فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ؛ فَقَالَ: ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَقَالَ: اقْتُلُوهُ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Makkah on the day of the conquest with a helmet on his head. When he took it off, a man came to him and said: 'Ibn Khaṭal is clinging to the curtains of the Kaʿbah.' He said: 'Kill him.'
