حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ وَسُرَيْجٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَثَرَ صُفْرَةٍ؛ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا؟ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً عَلَى وَزْنِ نَوَاةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ؛ فَقَالَ: بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكَ، أَوْلِمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw on 'Abd al-Rahman b. 'Awf a trace of yellow; he said, "What is this?" He replied, "I have married a woman for the weight of a date stone of gold." He said, "May Allah bless you. Hold a wedding feast, even with a sheep."
