✧ A man invited the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so he went, and I went with him. He said: A broth containing gourd was brought, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ began eating that gourd and it pleased him. When I saw that, I began to toss it to him and did not eat any of it. Anas said: I have not ceased to love it [since]. Sulayman said: I narrated this hadith to Sulayman al-Taymi, and he said: We never came to Anas b. Malik in the season of gourd but found it in his food.
