حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا التَّيَّاحِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

يَسِّرُوا وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا، وَسَكِّنُوا وَلَا تُنَفِّرُوا

Translation
