حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا رِبْعِيُّ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ بْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ التَّمِيمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي الْحَجَّاجِ عَنِ الْجَارُودِ بْنِ أَبِي سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ تَطَوُّعًا اسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ، فَكَبَّرَ لِلصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ خَلَّى عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ فَصَلَّى حَيْثُمَا تَوَجَّهَتْ بِهِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he wanted to pray voluntarily on his mount, would face the qiblah, say the opening takbir for prayer, then let his mount go, and pray wherever it took him.
