✧ A man asked Ali: 'O Commander of the Faithful, describe the Messenger of God ﷺ to us.' He said: 'He was not extremely tall, and was above average height. When he came with people, he would stand out among them. He was fair with a bright complexion, large-headed, with a radiant face, clear brow, and long eyelashes. His hands and feet were thick. When he walked, he would lift his feet as if descending a slope. Sweat on his face was like pearls. I have never seen anyone like him before or after, may my father and mother be his ransom ﷺ.'
