حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
فَزِعَ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ مَرَّةً، فَرَكِبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَرَسًا كَأَنَّهُ مُقْرِفٌ، فَرَكَضَهُ فِي آثَارِهِمْ، فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ، قَالَ: وَجَدْنَاهُ بَحْرًا
Translation

✧ The people of Madinah were alarmed once, so the Prophet ﷺ mounted a horse that seemed to be slow, and he galloped it in pursuit of them. When he returned, he said: “We found it to be an ocean.”
