✧ The Prophet ﷺ fell from a horse and scraped his right side. They entered upon him and he prayed with them seated, and he gestured to them to sit. When he said the salām, he said: “The imam is appointed only to be followed. When he says the takbīr, say the takbīr; when he bows, bow; when he says, ‘Allah hears the one who praises Him,’ say, ‘Our Lord, to You belongs praise’; when he prostrates, prostrate; and when he prays sitting, then pray sitting, all of you.”
