✧ A beggar came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he ordered that he be given a date, but he did not take it—or he was put off by it. He said: Then another came, and he ordered a date for him. He said: So he said: 'Glory be to Allah! A date from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ!' He said: So he said to the slave girl: 'Go to Umm Salamah and give him the forty dirhams that are with her.'
