حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ النَّابِغَةِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ
نَهَى عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ، وَعَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ، وَأَنْ تُحْبَسَ لُحُومُ الْأَضَاحِيِّ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ، فَزُورُوهَا، فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُكُمُ الْآخِرَةَ، وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ، فَاشْرَبُوا فِيهَا، وَاجْتَنِبُوا كُلَّ مَا أَسْكَرَ، وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ أَنْ تَحْبِسُوهَا بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ، فَاحْبِسُوا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ
Translation

✧ He forbade visiting graves, and (using) vessels, and keeping the meat of sacrificial animals after three days. Then he said: "I had forbidden you to visit graves, but visit them, for they remind you of the Hereafter. And I forbade you (using) vessels, but drink from them and avoid everything that intoxicates. And I forbade you to keep the meat of sacrificial animals after three days, but keep what seems good to you.
