حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ شُمَيْطٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ الْحَنَفِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
إِنَّ الْمَسْأَلَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ: لِذِي فَقْرٍ مُدْقِعٍ، أَوْ لِذِي غُرْمٍ مُفْظِعٍ، أَوْ لِذِي دَمٍ مُوجِعٍ
