✧ When the servant is placed in his grave and his companions turn away from him, until he even hears the striking of their sandals, two angels come to him and make him sit up. They say to him: 'What did you use to say about this man?'—meaning Muhammad ﷺ. As for the believer, he says: 'I bear witness that he is the servant of Allah and His Messenger.' It is said: 'Look at your seat in the Fire; Allah has replaced it for you with a seat in Paradise.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'So he sees them both.' Rawh said in his hadith: Qatadah said: 'It was mentioned to us that his grave is widened for him by seventy cubits and filled with greenery until the day they are raised.' Then he returned to the hadith of Anas b. Malik, saying: 'As for the disbeliever and the hypocrite, it is said to him: "What did you use to say about this man?" He says: "I do not know; I used to say what the people said." It is said to him: "You did not know nor did you follow." Then he is struck with an iron hammer with a blow between his ears, and he cries out with a cry that is heard by all who are near him except the two heavy ones (jinn and mankind).'
