حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ أَبُو خِدَاشٍ الْيُحْمَدِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ
مَا أَعْرِفُ شَيْئًا الْيَوْمَ مِمَّا كُنَّا عَلَيْهِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: قُلْنَا لَهُ: فَأَيْنَ الصَّلَاةُ ؟ قَالَ: أَوَلَمْ تَصْنَعُوا فِي الصَّلَاةِ مَا قَدْ عَلِمْتُمْ
Translation

✧ I do not recognize anything today from what we were upon in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: We said to him: 'Then where is the prayer?' He said: 'Have you not done in the prayer what you already know?'
