حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ عَتَقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ، إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ.

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ Whoever frees his share of a slave, the slave is freed from his wealth, if he has wealth.
