حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مَا يَسُرُّنِي أَنَّ أُحُدًا ذَاكُمْ ذَهَبًا عِنْدِي يَأْتِي عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ دِينَارٌ، إِلَّا شَيْئًا أَرْصُدُهُ فِي دَيْنٍ عَلَيَّ.

Translation

✧ By Him in whose hand is my soul, it would not please me to have this amount of gold with me for three days while I still had a dinar of it, except something I set aside for a debt I owe.
