✧ When one-third of the night remains, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, descends to the lowest heaven and says: “Who is there calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is there seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him? Who is there seeking provision from Me that I may provide for him? Who is there seeking relief from harm that I may relieve him?” until dawn breaks.
