حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ: [فَإِنْ عَادَ] فَاقْتُلُوهُ.

Translation
