Musnad Ahmad 10722

Translation

✧ People say, 'Abu Hurayrah narrates too much.' I met a man and said to him, 'Which surah did the Messenger of God ﷺ recite last night in the night prayer?' He said, 'I do not know.' I said, 'Did you not attend it?' He said, 'Yes.' I said, 'But I know. He recited such-and-such surah.'
