حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

يُؤْتَى بِالْمَوْتِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَبْشٌ فَيُقَالُ: يَا أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ تَعْرِفُونَ هَذَا ؟ فَيَطَّلِعُونَ خَائِفِينَ، قَالَ: فَيَقُولُونَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ يُنَادَى أَهْلُ النَّارِ تَعْرِفُونَ هَذَا ؟ فَيَقُولُونَ: نَعَمْ، فَيُذْبَحُ ثُمَّ يُقَالُ: خُلُودٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَخُلُودٌ فِي النَّارِ.

Translation

✧ Death will be brought on the Day of Resurrection as a ram. It will be said: 'O people of Paradise, do you recognize this?' They will look out, fearful, and say: 'Yes.' Then it will be called out to the people of the Fire: 'Do you recognize this?' They will say: 'Yes.' Then it will be slaughtered, and it will be said: 'Eternity in Paradise and eternity in the Fire.'
