حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَزْمٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ وَاسِعٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الدُّنْيَا نَفَّسَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الْآخِرَةِ، وَمَنْ سَتَرَ عَلَى أَخِيهِ سَتَرَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، وَاللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ

Translation

✧ Whoever relieves a Muslim brother of one of the distresses of this world, Allah relieves him of one of the distresses of the Hereafter. Whoever conceals the faults of his brother, Allah conceals his faults in this world and the Hereafter. Allah, Mighty and Majestic, is in the aid of a servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother.
