حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَكْرِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ لِأَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَشْتَغِلُ فِيهِ عَنْ صِيَامِهِ وَصَلَاتِهِ وَعِبَادَتِهِ، فَإِذَا قَضَى أَحَدُكُمْ نَهْمَتَهُ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ فَلْيُعَجِّلِ الرُّجُوعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ.

✧ Travel is a piece of torment, for a man is distracted during it from his fasting, prayer, and worship. So when one of you has accomplished the purpose of his journey, let him hasten to return to his family.
