machine translationIt was narrated by Manṣūr b. al-Muʿtamir, and there is disagreement regarding his narration. It was narrated by Misʿar, al-Thawrī, Zuhayr b. Muʿāwiyah, Abū Ḥammād al-Ḥanafī, Abū ʿAwānah, Abū al-Aḥwaṣ, ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd b. al-Ḥusayn, Sharīk, Fuḍayl b. al-Ḥasan, Ibn ʿUyaynah, Isrāʾīl, and Huraym from Manṣūr, from Abū Ḥāzim, from Abū Hurayrah. But Ibrāhīm b. Ṭahmān differed from them, narrating it from Manṣūr, from Hilāl b. Yasāf, from Abū Ḥāzim, from Abū Hurayrah. Ibrāhīm b. Ṭahmān was not corroborated in this, and the first narration is the correct one.
