حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَقُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ إِنَّ قُرْآنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًا قَالَ: تَشْهَدُ مَلَائِكَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَمَلَائِكَةُ النَّهَارِ.

Translation

✧ Regarding His saying, Mighty and Majestic is He, 'and the Quran at dawn. Indeed, the Quran at dawn is ever witnessed' (Q 17:78), he said: 'The angels of the night and the angels of the day attend it.'
