حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ أَبِي حَصِينٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ذَكْوَانَ أَبَا صَالِحٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَنْ رَآنِي فِي الْمَنَامِ فَقَدْ رَآنِي، إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَا يَتَصَوَّرُ بِي قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَوْ قَالَ لَا يَتَشَبَّهُ بِي، وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ.

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for Satan cannot resemble me." Shu'bah or someone else said, "He does not imitate me." And whoever intentionally lies about me, let him take his seat in Hellfire.
