A person should remain silent when he is angry

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي طَاوُسٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلِّمُوا وَيَسِّرُوا عَلِّمُوا وَيَسِّرُوا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَإِذَا غَضِبْتَ فَاسْكُتْ مَرَّتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Teach and make things easy; teach and make things easy' — three times — 'and when you become angry, remain silent' — twice.
