حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ بُعِثَ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي أَمَّرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فِي يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ، فِي رَهْطٍ يُؤَذِّنُ فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ لَا يَحُجَّ بَعْدَ الْعَامِ مُشْرِكٌ، وَلَا يَطُوفَنَّ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ

✧ Abu Bakr was sent on the pilgrimage over which the Messenger of God ﷺ appointed him before the Farewell Pilgrimage, on the Day of Sacrifice, in a group to proclaim among the people that no polytheist should perform Hajj after this year, and no one should circumambulate the House naked.
