✧ al-A'raj from Abu Hurayrah

وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا تَلَقَّوُا الرُّكْبَانَ لِلْبَيْعِ، وَلَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا تُصَرُّوا الْإِبِلَ، وَلَا الْغَنَمَ، فَمَنِ ابْتَاعَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْلُبَهَا، إِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ Do not go out to meet caravans for trade, and let none of you sell against the sale of another, and do not bid against each other to raise prices, and let no town-dweller sell on behalf of a desert-dweller, and do not leave camels or sheep unmilked. Whoever buys them after that has the choice of the two options after milking them: if he is pleased with them, he keeps them; if he is displeased, he returns them along with a saa of dates.
